Yes, radius cut corners are the typical way that PacShield Boards are produced. We can also provide squared corners.

Yes, we offer printed boards, with printing on one or both sides. Ask your  representative about the minimums and information needed to get a quote

Yes, our printed boards come with a PE sealant that is VSP friendly. Our standard boards (ie gold/silver, black/black etc.) are laminated with a PET film and are generally vacuum or roll stock packaged.

It’s okay if you don’t have all the information about your project, but the more you have the better. These are the things that we need to know:

• Size of the board that you’re looking for. 
• If you have a vacuum pouch, let us know that size.
• Color combination desired
• Weight of product
• Packaging that you are using (vacuum pack in a pouch, rollstock, VSP etc)

Boards are shrunk wrapped in quantities of 50 to 100. Smaller orders are shipped UPS ground in cartons. Larger orders are bulk packed on pallets and shipped with a common carrier. 

Yes, Pacshield Boards are produced using FDA food contact approved materials.

Lamitech is 3rd party audited by AIB International and is certified as a food safe

packaging manufacturer.

Yes, our moisture-resistant boards are laminated with food safe film, preventing moisture and oil absorption. PacShield Boards are designed to endure both refrigeration and freezing environments.
